Aborsi merupakan isu moral yang kompleks dan terus menimbulkan perdebatan di tengah kemajuan zaman. Paper ini membahas aborsi dari perspektif etika Kristen, dengan menelaah berbagai alasan yang diajukan untuk membenarkannya, seperti alasan medis, sosial, ekonomi, hingga kasus pemerkosaan. Di tengah berbagai pandangan pro dan kontra, etika Kristen menegaskan bahwa hidup adalah anugerah dan hak prerogatif Allah, sehingga setiap bentuk pengguguran kandungan harus dilihat dalam terang nilai kekudusan hidup manusia sebagai gambar dan rupa Allah. Melalui kajian teologis dan etis, tulisan ini mendorong pemahaman yang bijak dan penuh takut akan Tuhan dalam menyikapi aborsi, serta menolak normalisasi praktik tersebut atas dasar utilitarian semata.
